Strength and fitness coach Amber Budahn looks forward to winter pursuits and uses specific exercises to prepare for a day on the snow.
In this video, she demonstrates a few exercises – leg pulls with resistance, curls and alternating lunges – that will build core and leg strength for snowshoeing. Budahn owns and operates Wild Workouts and Wellness in Bay View and has been coaching and training for more than a decade.
